Schechingers celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

PANAMA -- Robert and Norene Schechinger of Panama will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary today, September 28.
Their family includes Jeff and Mindy Schechinger, Portsmouth; Teresa and Chad Mardesen, Omaha; Anne and Frank Schoenauer, Johnston; Joni and Doug Leinen, Urbandale; Mike and Melissa Schechinger, Cedar Rapids; Gina and Chris Haar, Minnetonka, MN; and Matthew and Jen Schechinger, Panama. The Schechingers have 23 grandchildren.
