J. Collette Scobee, 93

    AVOCA -- J. Colette Scobee, 93, Avoca, died August 23 at her home.  Services were held Monday, Aug. 26 at 3:30 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Avoca with burial in the Graceland Cemetery in Avoca.
    Scobee is survived by sons Larry (Joyce) Scobee and Frank Scobee, all of Omaha, NE; daughters Betty (Joe) Muller of Omaha and Teri (Greg) Becker of Avoca; sister Mary Rhoades of North Carolina; 17 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
    Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan was in charge of arrangements.
