Phyllis Krohn, 80

    AVOCA -- Phyllis Jean Krohn, 80, Avoca, died January 9 at the Salem Lutheran Home in Elk Horn.
    Services were held Monday, Jan. 14 at 10:30 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church in Avoca with burial in the Graceland Cemetery in Avoca.
    Krohn is survived by her husband, Wayne Krohn, of Avoca; sons Dale (Kim) Krohn of Avoca and Dean (Joy) Krohn of Avoca; grandchildren Brian (Miranda) Krohn of Urbandale, Darren (Nicole) Krohn of Avoca, Jill (Kyle) Clayton of Walnut, Adam (Kristen) Krohn of Avoca, Preston (Ashley) Krohn of Avoca and Joshua (Taylor) Krohn of Avoca; sisters Mariann (Roy) Plautz of Fishers, IN and JoAnn Schuemann of Avoca; brother Kenneth (Linda) Woltmann of Grimes; step-brother Leroy Holtz of Niceville, FL; step-sister Shirley (Mark) Johnson of Asheville, NC; and 11 great-grandchildren.
    Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca was in charge of arrangements.
