Baseball: Cyclones win a pair at Sioux City East

 SIOUX CITY (June 19) -- Connor Bruck and Brett Sears both pitched complete games and Harlan Community plated clutch late-inning runs to sweep a baseball doubleheader at Sioux City East, 6-3 and 5-2, on Wednesday.
 The fourth-ranked (Class 3A) Cyclones, who were rained out at Lewis Central Tuesday, improved to 14-3 overall while the Raiders fell to 13-7.
 Game one was tied 3-3 late before HCHS scored one run in the sixth and two more in the seventh. In the night cap, the Cyclones scored three in the top of the seventh to snap a 2-2 tie.
 Bruck pitched a six-hitter in game one and allowed three runs (one earned) while walking none and striking out four. Sears dealt a five-hitter in game two with no walks and six strikeouts, allowing one earned run.
