Beach You To It BINGO Official Game Rules
Game cards will be inserted into the July 14, 2023 edition of Harlan News-Advertiser. Four call numbers will be published every Tuesday and Friday beginning July 14 until all numbers are called or all prizes are awarded. If you see a BINGO number in the paper that appears on your card, cut the number out of the paper and adhere it to the corresponding square. Please be sure the control number in the center FREE SPACE is legible. If that number is not legible, your card will be disqualified.
The first 5 people to cover squares completing a “B”, “I”, “N”, “G” or “O”, and has the card verified by the Harlan Newspapers by phone (712-755-3111) or at the Harlan Newspapers Office, 1114 7th St., Harlan, IA 51537, during normal business hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 4 pm, will receive a $50 cash prize. The first person to completely cover their card and have it verified by the Harlan Newspapers will be the GRAND PRIZE WINNER OF $500.
No purchase necessary. Harlan Newspapers BINGO playing cards will be available at no charge in Harlan at Essentia Protein Solutions, Nelson Farm Supply, Elm Crest Senior Living Community and the Harlan Newspapers.While supplies last. In addition to the Harlan Newspaper, numbers will be posted in the digital edition of The Harlan Newspaper each Tuesday and Friday, and at the Harlan Newspapers office, but will not be released over the phone. Photocopies or any reproductions of the Harlan Newspapers BINGO playing cards will not be accepted. Prizes must be claimed within 2 weeks after all BINGO numbers have been called or prizes will be forfeited.
Eligibility: Must be 18 years or older to play. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules.
Promotional Period: Harlan Newspapers BINGO playing cards will be inserted into the Friday, July 14 edition of the Harlan News-Advertiser. The game concludes once all cash prizes are awarded, or after all numbers have been called.
Winners: Winners must provide the winning card and a photo ID to claim prizes. Prizes may not be exchanged for other merchandise. If a winner cannot accept prizes as stated in these official rules, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution or transfer of prize. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Harlan Newspapers to use winner’s name and photo for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. All decisions made by The Harlan Newspapers are final.
General Conditions: The Harlan Newspapers BINGO participants agree that sponsors, their respective parents, directors, employees and other representatives are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize of participation in this promotion or any promotion related activities. To participate in this promotion, winner may be asked for personally identifiable information (i.e. his/her name, address, city, phone number, age etc.) All information collected by The Harlan Newspapers is securely maintained and is for the purpose of conduction of this promotion or to extend offers and services of The Harlan Newspapers. The Harlan Newspapers currently does not disclose to third parties personally identifiable information that participants provide.
Liability Limitations: Should any portion of this promotion be, in the sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised in administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission for prizes, sponsor reserves the right at its discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the promotion.
