Bensons celebrate 60th wedding anniversary in March
HARLAN -- Edwin and Connie Benson of Harlan will mark their 60th wedding anniversary today, February 26. A family celebration is planned for a later date.
Their family is requesting a card shower in their honor. Cards will reach them at 1402 Southridge Drive, Harlan, IA 51537.
Their family includes Lonnie Benson and special friend, Kim Mandery, Irwin; Glenda and Dan Cantrell, Harlan; Lynn and Lynda Benson, Grimes; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Edwin is a retired farmer and she is a retired housewife.
Edwin Benson and Connie Elmquist were married on February 26, 1961 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Kimballton.
