Harlan Library Used Book Sale under way

HARLAN -- The Harlan Community Library is having its annual used book sale August 9-September 4 during regular business hours.  All proceeds from the sale go to fund the library’s various children and adult programs.
The sale contains a variety of items which include adult and children’s books, large print books, DVDs, music CDs, audiobooks and puzzles.  The library takes donations of used items for the book sale throughout the year.  Stop by and shop this once a year sale.  It is a great way to support the local public library.
Pictured with a small sampling of the books available are L to R -- Amanda Brewer, library director,  and Dena Jacobsen, youth services clerk.
