HARLAN -- Wayne “Stormy” and Kay Randolph of Harlan will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary at an open house on Saturday, August 3 from 1-4 p.m. at the Therkildsen Activity Center in Harlan. Friends and relatives are invited.
