HCS elementary school hosts veterans program

HARLAN -- Neil Ferguson was the guest speaker at the Veterans Day program at the HCS Elementary Schools on Monday afternoon, Nov. 11 in Harlan.
    Ferguson is an Air Force Veteran and Commander of Helmer Reyelt American Legion Post 150. Veterans were recognized and the musical selections were presented by the fourth and fifth grade students.
    Fifth grader Ainsley Mages read her essay on “Why Should We Honor Our Veterans.”
