Barbara Plambeck, 73

    PERSIA -- Barbara J. Plambeck, 73, Persia, died September 5 at Jennie Edmundson Hospital.
    Services will be held Thursday, Sept. 9 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary Our Lady of Fatima Church in Portsmouth with burial in the St. Mary’s Cemetery at Portsmouth.  A wake service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 8 at 7 p.m. at the church.  Visitation is Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the church.
    Plambeck is survived by her husband, William Plambeck, of Persia; daughters Tanya Plambeck of Neola and Stacy Thomas of Neola; sisters Wanda (Rodger) Larson of Carver, MN, Kathy (Mark) Stevens of Persia, Denise (Mike) Wilson of Ankeny, and Mari (Craig) Olsen of Rosemount, MN; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
    Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Harlan is in charge of arrangements.
