    OMAHA -- Word has been received of the death of Cindy M. Jones, 74, Omaha, who died Thursday, July 29 at her home.
    Services will be held Wednesday, Aug. 4 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Stephen the Martyr Catholic Church.  Visitation is Tuesday, Aug. 3 from 5:30-7 p.m. at Heafey-Hoffman-Dworak-Cutler West Center Chapel.
    Jones is survived by husband, Fred Jones; children, Michael and Jackie Chamberlain, Vicki and Chad Bonar, Jill and Chris Mellott; stepchildren: Catherine Severson-Jones, Brad Jones, Derek and Michelle Jones; grandchildren: Arlo Selix, Caitlin and Morgan Mellott; stepgrandchildren: Andrew Mantzaris, Anthony and Teresa Severson, Brandy Severson-Valdez, Carter and Dillon Jones, Chad Jr and Chase Bonar; four step-great- grandchildren: Bianca, Carmen, Raena, Layla; very close friends: Don Christenson andLaura Gliess, Bob and Jan Rishoi, Frank Brichacek and Jean Pfifer, Ray Shaar and Linda Miller; many cousins, nieces and nephews.
