Jan Theisen, 49

    JOHNSTON -- Jan R. Theisen, 49, Johnston, formerly of Elk Horn, died Wednesday, Nov. 11 at Mercy Hospice in Johnston.
    Services will be held Saturday, Nov. 14 at noon at McLaren’s Chapel.  Visitation will be from 11 a.m.-noon.
    Theisen is survived by her husband, Rick Theisen, of Johnston; son Cole Theisen of Johnston; daughter Kyra Theisen of Johnston; mother Shirley Christensen of Marne; brothers Craig Christensen of Walnut and Troy (Mary Beth) Christensen of Elk Horn; and grandmother Esther Fredrickson of Walnut.
