Joseph Zimmerman, 82

    MINDEN -- Joseph Roman Zimmerman, 82, Minden, died December 9 at his home.
    Services will be held Saturday, Dec. 18 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Neola with burial in the St. Boniface Cemetery in Westphalia.  A rosary will be held Friday, Dec. 17 at 6 p.m. at the church.
    Zimmerman is survived by his spouse, Joyce (Henrickson) Zimmerman of Minden; daughters Janelle (Troy) Smith of Whitman, NE, Janine (Jerry) Marsh of Ralston, NE and Janet (David) Dettle of Propser, TX; sisters Margaret Konz of Sioux Falls, SD and Cecilia Cairney of Clive; brothers Bro. Michael Zimmerman , SJ of Pine Ridge, SD and Jerome (Alice) Zimmerman of Minden; seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
    Pauley Jones Funeral Home in Avoca is in charge of arrangements.
