Marcia Burger, 92

Marcia Burger, 92, passed away on May 10 in Cassville, Missouri.  She was born on August 23, 1930 in Harlan, Iowa to Reno and Rubie Stofferson.  She graduated from Harlan High School in 1949 and later married Dale Findlay. They had four sons, Bill, Mark, Cole and David.   In 1975, she married Darrell Burger. In 2000, they retired to Cassville, Missouri.
Throughout her life, Marcia enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking, and baking.  She was the proud owner of The Fabric Shop in Harlan, Iowa.
She was preceded in death by her husband Darrell Burger, sons Cole and Mark Findlay, parents Reno and Rubie Stofferson, and sister Nancy Kleinpaste.
She is survived by her son Bill Findlay and his wife Maryanne, David Findlay and his wife Andie, brother Bob Stofferson and his wife Tori, nine grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, and two nieces.
She will be greatly missed by all those who knew her.
A private family graveside service will be held at Harlan Iowa cemetery at a later date.
