Baseball: Vikings top Underwood 7-5

 UNDERWOOD -- The AHSTW baseball team held off Underwood 7-5 in Western Iowa Conference action Friday night, improving to 4-3 overall and 3-3 in the WIC.
 The Vikings scored four runs in the top of the fifth to go ahead 7-2 before the Eagles answered with three runs in the bottom of the inning. Junior R.J. Harris, pitching in relief of Blake Osbahr, recorded the final eight outs to notch a save. Harris allowed two hits, walked one and struck out three in two and two-thirds innings.
 Offensively, AHSTW made the most of its five hits while also drawing seven walks. Harris went 1-for-3 with a double, two runs scored and two RBI. Anthony Cordes, Blaine Lees, Gabe Pauley and Dawson Martin all added a single, with Martin driving in two.
