Eagles top Lady Vikes 10-3

 UNDERWOOD -- The host Underwood Eagles plated seven runs in the first two innings en route to a 10-3 softball win over AHSTW here Friday night.
 The Lady Vikes fell to 4-3 overall and 3-3 in the Western Iowa Conference.
 AHSTW totaled 11 hits in defeat, led by Madison Rasmussen’s 3-for-4 night, one RBI and one run scored. Emily Butcher added two singles while Paige Osweiler, Sydney Zimmerman, Haley Constable, Sarah Butcher, Emma Jorgensen and Madison Thornton all added one hit. Constable also drew a pair of walks.
 Thornton took the loss, allowing 13 hits and 10 runs (four earned) in six innings. She walked one and also recorded one strikeout.
