Girls Basketball: Muhlbauer scores 27 in IKM-M victory

 MANNING (Jan. 3) -- Bre Muhlbauer had a career night with 27 points, six rebounds and five steals Friday night as the IKM-Manning girls destroyed Missouri Valley 92-37 in Western Iowa Conference play.
 Leading 20-10 after one quarter, the Wolves blew the game wide open by outscoring the Lady Reds 37-12 in the second stanza.
 Muhlbauer finished 3-for-3 on three-point attempts on the night and shot 10-of-19 overall. Lexi Branning also had a big game with 18 points, seven boards, five assists and four steals. Also reaching double figures were Emily Kerkhoff (13 points, seven assists, five rebounds) and Bianca Cadwell (11 points, 11 rebounds).
 Alexa Ahrenholtz came up with 10 steals to go along with her eight points, Lauren Danner scored six points, Nicole Hanson had five and Macie Doyel added four.
 The Wolves finished with 32 total steals and forced a whopping 50 Mo. Valley turnovers.
