Harlan Summer Swim Team caps successful season with another conference title

 MISSOURI VALLEY -- Sixty-three members of the Harlan Community Summer Swim Team competed in the Western Iowa Swim League conference meet on Saturday, July 13, at Missouri Valley. Harlan scored 1,278.5 points and won its 13th straight conference crown by a dominating margin to continue its recent run of success. Finishing unbeaten once again this summer, the program has won 41 meets in the last five years (29 in a row) and broken 158 school records during that same span (35 this year). Harlan’s average triangular margin of victory this year was 800-plus points and its average dual meet margin of victory was 460.
