Juhl latest Cyclone to sign with Division II Lopers

Versatile HCHS senior to play basketball at Nebraska-Kearney, joining current Loper Trey Lansman

HARLAN -- Mitch Osborn has coached many talented basketball players in 19 years at Harlan Community, but few have matched the versatility of current Cyclone senior Kyle Juhl.
Armed with tremendous three-point shooting touch and a smooth mid-range jumper off the dribble, the 6-foot-5 Juhl can also finish at the rim or post up smaller defenders on the low block.
He played all five positions for last year’s 17-6 Cyclone squad, averaging a double-double with 17.9 points and 10.3 rebounds per game and earning second-team All-State recognition
Poised for an even bigger season in 2015-16 - both as an individual and with his teammates - Juhl can put the recruiting process behind him after recently signing a national letter of intent to continue his education and basketball career at the University of Nebraska-Kearney, an NCAA Division II program and a member of the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association (MIAA).
