Playoff hopes on the line as Cyclones host Carroll

 HARLAN -- It’s only Week 6 and it’s also Homecoming, but Friday night’s clash with Carroll is basically a playoff game for the Harlan Community football team.
 A victory over the sixth-ranked Tigers (5-0 overall, 3-0 in Class 3-A, District 7) wouldn’t guarantee the Cyclones much of anything in terms of their postseason prospects, but it would at least keep them in the hunt as the calander turns to October.
